A COVID-19 Update: Offices NOW OPEN for Walk-ins

WELCOME BACK ONTARIO!
As of July 19, 2021, Duliban Insurance Brokers will be allowing walk-in visits to all four of our office locations from 10:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday.
We will only be allowing one awesome customer in our offices at a time, and all valued clients are to follow Ontario Health guidelines in regards to Phase 3 of the re-opening plan. These include:
- Masks must be worn at all times inside our office locations.
- Physical distancing measures will be in place, with a minimum of 6 ft. distance between our team and yourself.
- Health Check Sign in sheet will be completed by a staff member on behalf of you to ensure safety and contact tracing can be conducted if required.

Adam: Hi, I’m Adam Duliban, this is my brother Jason. Together we are third-generation insurance brokers, and owners of Duliban Insurance Brokers.
Jason: In March of 2020, the world came to a sudden halt. At the time, we made the decision to close all of our offices to the general public.
We made this decision to protect the people that mattered most to us. That is, our team, and our valued clients.
Adam: We are so fortunate to have been considered as an essential service with the Ontario Government. Over the past 16-months, we have invested significantly in digital resources and tools to better serve you.
This includes Manage My Policy pages, our Self-Serve Kiosk, and various texting platforms.
We are excited to be entering Phase 3. We have prepared our offices to allow one awesome client in at a time.
Jason: Our intention is to far exceed the guidelines that were proposed.
- Masks are to be worn at all times.
- There’s going to be hand sanitizer stations placed around the offices,
- And physical distancing will be in place.
The last 16-months has been a challenge, but your resilience and your support is what motivates Adam and I, and what motivates our team.
