Today, Duliban Insurance Brokers Ltd (Duliban Insurance Brokers) has officially announced the acquisition of Mason Insurance Brokers Ltd (Mason Insurance), one of Southern Ontario’s oldest and most reputable brokerages.

The acquisition of Mason Insurance, marks the third acquisition by Duliban Insurance Brokers in six years, returning to the city in which it was founded. Duliban Insurance Brokers is committed to maintaining the existing client relationships, team members and geographical footprint of Mason Insurance. Todd Minor, current Owner and President at Mason Insurance, will be transitioning to the leadership team at Duliban Insurance Brokers, helping grow the team to over 100 members across six office locations. Former Owner and Vice President, Bill Hunter, along with their 13 team members, will play a key part in the service offerings moving forward.
