I had a lot of scepticism surrounding the policies due to the jargon of the insurance world. She even called the companies to confirm and get further clarification for my questions. I'm kind of in awe at the rate and quality of coverage she was able to get me. Once I picked a company and a policy the process was very easy using their online platforms. I sent an email to whom I thought was the agent handling my account this morning. I received a call back message saying the agent was no longer with the company, please remove her name, and call back to the office. When I did, the call bounced around until I received an automatic message requesting I leave my number and I would receive a call back after agents had finished with other clients. I waited by the phone and did receive a call, but they hung up. Now it is a few hours later, and still no return call or an email. At first I gave a one star rating for the poor customer service. I have just purchased new car insurance for a used vehicle "gifted" to me by a family member.
