In order to ride a motorcycle in Ontario, you must have a valid M1, M2, M class license and be at least 16 years of age.
Your license class can impact your insurance cost depending on the motorcycle you drive. For example, If you have an M1 license, it may be more affordable to select a standard or cruiser motorcycle instead of a sports bike.
