How many people can I refer to Duliban?
You may refer up to 5 new clients per month, for a total of 5 YETI Rambler’s.
How do I get my Tims Card?
Once your referral has been successfully contacted by our team, you will receive your reward. Your referral must receive a quote from us, but does not need to bind coverage with our brokerage to qualify. Your gift will be sent to you by courier service and will land on your doorstep within 15 days after your referral received their quote.
What are the details on the $1000 monthly draw
Each month, we’ll draw one lucky winner to receive $1,000—just for referring someone to Duliban Insurance! Every time you refer someone who completes a quote with us, you’ll earn one entry into that month’s draw. You can submit up to 5 referrals per month to increase your chances of winning.
To qualify, you must be an existing Duliban Insurance client, and your referral must complete a quote with our team (they don’t need to purchase a policy). Once your referral has been successfully contacted and quoted, you’ll receive your $25 Tim Hortons gift card by mail within 15 days.
Does the person I refer get anything?
Due to industry regulations we are unable to provide your referral with a reward for requesting a quote, but by contacting our team, they’re guaranteed to receive the best coverage at the best available price.
What information does my referral need to know?
Once you have shared the link with your referral, be sure that they list your name when they fill out the contact form. If they can provide your phone number or email address, that’s even better! This step is very important for our team, so that we know who to thank.
If your referral fails to follow through with providing your information and identifying you as the “referrer” we will not be able to award you the gift card you deserve!
Who is NOT eligible for this promotion?
You may not refer to yourself for this opportunity. Bundling an existing policy with another line of business or attempting to add a family member onto an existing policy does not apply.
Make sure you have a unique email and that you’re not sharing one with the person you intend to refer. For example, if I am a current client and my email is abc@email.com and I refer my mom who uses the same email, the system will not register this as a new client, rendering you ineligible for the promotion.

5 stars to Adam white. Very good to deal with. After pretty much 20 years dealing with duliban I had to leave due to finding another insurance company on my own that they couldn't beat . Found last while service has been going downhill found a cheaper company last year then they quoted me then all of a sudden half hour later they magically found someone near the price I found. Always shop on your own nowadays year's ago this company would find you the cheapest but that's not the case anymore

I have just purchased new car insurance for a used vehicle "gifted" to me by a family member. After a quick online search and application last night I have had the pleasure today of dealing with representative Alex Shortridge on the phone. This turned out to be a very efficient and speedy process and ultimately produced a very cost effective solution using the new approach of a base fixed policy rate then a variable rate for each 1,000 km actually driven. This is perfect for a second car that will have very limited local usage as a back-up for my primary vehicle for which I am the only driver. It got so much better!When first reaching out to Duliban, I did not have the best experience... The original person assigned to provide a quote was unreliable - they didn't keep the scheduled appointment, said they called when they didn't (call display doesn't lie) and never sent the email and documents promised.I was about to give up, but remembered being told how amazing the company was... so against my intuition I decided to give them another chance. And I was very happy I did! My new agent Todd Minor has been nothing but wonderful! He has gone above and beyond to ensure our policy is up to date and accurate and even took time to work with the Policy organization to correct a mistake of our previous brokerage. I am more than happy with everything he's done, his constant communication while waiting for answers. Todd gets a 5/5 from us and had I not had trouble to start my overall rating would have been the same.

I just had the pleasure of doing business with Holly Moore at Duliban and switched insurance carriers. Holly was extremely helpful at finding the best possible options for me and I am now paying less than half of what I was paying to an insurer that I have been with since 2008. She was also very responsive and could be reached immediately to answer any questions. My current carrier on the other hand made me wait on the phone for over an hour to cancel my existing policy.
