Have been been dealing with a broker by name of Alex Shortridge. Very attentive and willing to go the extra mile in order to help me attain the best kind of deal with my insurance. The professionalism and attention to my requirements has been above expectation. I managed to get a quote via Alex @ Duliban which saved me aprox. 50% compared to my original insurance company provider. I can only hope, and expect that dealing with smaller & more personalized insurance offering companies, the service (when needed for claims, or ad-hoc) be equally satisfactory. I had Alex help me through this process of bundling my home and auto insurance. She matched me with very good options. I had a lot of scepticism surrounding the policies due to the jargon of the insurance world. I threw a lot of questions at Alex and she really did her best to explain the policies to me in detail and made me feel sure that my bases were covered. She even called the companies to confirm and get further clarification for my questions. I'm kind of in awe at the rate and quality of coverage she was able to get me. Once I picked a company and a policy the process was very easy using their online platforms. I'm very glad I chose to use Duliban because I ultimately selected Heartland, which was a company that was not available through many other brokerages. I will be a repeat customer for sure should I have any further insurance needs.

When I recently bought a new car my old insurance company of 20 years wanted to raise my rates by a ridiculous amount. I brought a very unusual type of insurance policy that I needed to Alex Shortridge . Other insurance companies just said no can not do. ALEX went out of her way to get what I needed.

I sent an email to whom I thought was the agent handling my account this morning. I received a call back message saying the agent was no longer with the company, please remove her name, and call back to the office. When I did, the call bounced around until I received an automatic message requesting I leave my number and I would receive a call back after agents had finished with other clients. I waited by the phone and did receive a call, but they hung up. Now it is a few hours later, and still no return call or an email. At first I gave a one star rating for the poor customer service. The company may be located in a small town, but the service is big town business. The next day I was very surprised to receive a call apologizing for the mix up and my issue was resolved quickly. I changed my rating to four stars; "the squeaky wheel gets the grease."
