Duliban Insurance Brokers Limited, a division of McDougall Insurance Brokers Limited, today announced the combination of its operations with Tripemco Insurance Group Limited.
Located in Stoney Creek, Ontario, Tripemco has significant expertise in commercial lines, insurance programs, and specialty business. This is the third deal completed by Duliban in 2026, further expanding its presence in the Hamilton area while strengthening its commercial insurance expertise and market position.

Vince Vaccarello, a second-generation leader of Tripemco, will continue as President of the organization following the transaction and will integrate with McDougall's leadership team.
