I waited by the phone and did receive a call, but they hung up. Now it is a few hours later, and still no return call or an email. At first I gave a one star rating for the poor customer service. The company may be located in a small town, but the service is big town business. The next day I was very surprised to receive a call apologizing for the mix up and my issue was resolved quickly. I changed my rating to four stars; "the squeaky wheel gets the grease."
