This year, my tickets were to fall off my policy which I was looking forward to saving some money each month. I was in touch with Rafael Aparicio quite a few months ago to see when this would occur. He told my July, which brings us to this month. I reached out to Rafael and he was ready with all the information I needed about my renewed policy and new charges. The downfall was that the price decrease wasn't anywhere near what I expected which I was super disappointed with. I asked Rafael to look into it and he did. I was nervous at first because i wasn't receiving a fast reply from him like I have before...meanwhile he was just busy working hard to find me an EXCELLENT new option. When I tell you ... Rafael genuinely changed my life with what he was able to do. Without his hard work on my policy, I would not be able to save as much as I am projected to. In this day and age, that is a huge help and I still can't believe it. I am just over the moon about it. I have just purchased new car insurance for a used vehicle "gifted" to me by a family member. After a quick online search and application last night I have had the pleasure today of dealing with representative Alex Shortridge on the phone. This turned out to be a very efficient and speedy process and ultimately produced a very cost effective solution using the new approach of a base fixed policy rate then a variable rate for each 1,000 km actually driven. This is perfect for a second car that will have very limited local usage as a back-up for my primary vehicle for which I am the only driver.
