McDougall Insurance Brokers Limited, through its subsidiary Duliban Insurance Brokers Ltd, is happy to announce that it has acquired the Stoney Creek based brokerage Annex Insurance Group Inc. Annex Insurance is a well-respected brokerage known for its strong client relationships and commercial expertise which will immediately bolster Duliban’s commercial offerings in the Niagara and Hamilton regions. This strategic transaction is the first deal involving Duliban since joining McDougall in June of 2025.
