Duliban Insurance Brokers Appoints A Chief Financial Officer

Fonthill, Ontario – Duliban Insurance Brokers Ltd (Duliban Insurance Brokers), today announce the promotion of Colleen Craitor, CPA, to the position of Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1st, 2020. Colleen was appointed as Financial Controller in April 2017, succeeding then President Tom Duliban who has since retired.

As a CPA with over 20 years’ experience in public and corporate accounting, Colleen has proven to be a dynamic leader in the organization and has earned the trust amongst the dedicated team. “Colleen has led Brokerage & Customer Acquisition strategies along with growing her administrative team and initiating various work flow efficiencies. We are confident Colleen will be successful in an Executive Role next to Adam and myself, given her strong financial expertise and impressive accomplishments to help lead our growing team.” said Jason Duliban, Co-Principal Broker.

Biography: Colleen Craitor

Ms. Craitor has served as corporate Financial Controller of Duliban Insurance Brokers Ltd. since March 2017. Colleen is a Certified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of both public and corporate accounting experience in retail, insurance and professional service environments. After graduating from McMaster University in 1995 with her degree, she worked in public accounting eventually relocated to Grand Cayman and led an accounting team, responsible as a financial controller for a moderate size insurance company until 2008. During this her tenure in the Cayman Islands she led the finance department through the hardship of a catastrophic weather event while achieving substantial growth. After returning to Canada she held various finance leadership roles within the public and private sector, including operating her own small business. Colleen has a tremendous passion for her community, her two dogs, and her loving family.
