A COVID-19 Update
January 14, 2021.
With an alarming increase in COVID-19 cases across the province and country, Duliban Insurance Brokers has a few updates. Our priority continues to be the health and safety of our team, their families, and our clients.
On Tuesday, January 12th, Ontario Premier Doug Ford declared a State of Emergency for the province that would be in effect for a minimum of 28 days. The Premier also announced that a stay-at-home order will come into effect starting Thursday, January 14th at 12:01 a.m. These more stringent measures are to preserve the healthcare system and protect the citizens of Ontario. “Our province is in crisis,” the Premier said.
The majority of our team continues to work from home to do our part to re-flatten the curve. The staff members in-office are working vigilantly in adherence to internal safety protocols. As your Hometown Broker, we continue to remain committed to providing our clients with first-rate customer service.
In accordance with the guidelines and framework outlined by the provincial and federal governments, our offices will remain closed to clients until further notice. As a business, we have and will continue to invest in other means of communication to remain available to assist clients digitally by phone, text, Client Portal, webchat, and social media.
You can manage your policy, access important documents such as pink slips and more online using the Client Portal. Please access your client portal using the email address on file.
You can also get in touch with us Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
